As the leaves turn golden and the air becomes crips, it’s time to celebrate the flavors of fall with our Autumnal Smoothie Bowl. This delightful, dairy-free breakfast option captures the essence of autumn in every bite. Packed with wholesome ingredients and vibrant colors, this smoothie bowl is a nutritious and visually stunning way to start your day.

Instructions

  1. In a blender combine frozen bananas, fresh spinach, almond butter, soy milk (or your preferred plant-based milk), ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, ground ginger and vanilla extract.
  2. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If needed, add more soy milk to achieve your preferred consistency. 
  3. If using toppings, slice the figs, crush pecans, and extract the pomegranate seeds if needed.
  4. Pour smoothie mixture into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings. 
  5. Enjoy!
