Ingredients:
- 1 can of diced potatoes (around 15 oz)
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 tablespoons of garlic infused olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon Paprika (optional)
- Parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (205°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Drain and rinse the canned potatoes, then pat them dry with a paper towel.
- In a medium bowl, mix the drained potatoes, diced onion, and garlic infused olive oil until the ingredients are well combined.
- Season the mixture with paprika.
- Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake the home fries in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until they are lightly browned and crispy.
- Serve the baked home fries hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.

- 30 minutes in the oven will make your home fries extra crispy, if you want them less crispy try 20-25 minutes.
