Ingredients:

  • 1 can of diced potatoes (around 15 oz)
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 tablespoons of garlic infused olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon Paprika (optional)
  • Parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (205°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Drain and rinse the canned potatoes, then pat them dry with a paper towel.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix the drained potatoes, diced onion, and garlic infused olive oil until the ingredients are well combined.
  4. Season the mixture with paprika.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake the home fries in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until they are lightly browned and crispy.
  7. Serve the baked home fries hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.

Tips:

  • 30 minutes in the oven will make your home fries extra crispy, if you want them less crispy try 20-25 minutes.
